1. About us
Ghost & Genesis TCG is operated by Ghost & Genesis TCG, a partnership firm, registered at Unit #212, Floor 1/Level 2, MPM Times Square Mall, Sanjana Hills, 6-3-349/9, Road Number 1, Dwarakapuri, Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Telangana-500082, GSTIN 36ABFFG0846A1ZU. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account — let us know right away at ghostandgenesistcg@gmail.com if you think it's been compromised.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct listing errors before an order is confirmed. Stock is reserved once payment is confirmed, not at add-to-cart.
4. Rip-and-ship shows
Purchasing a slot in a rip-and-ship show entitles you to whatever is pulled from the specific sealed product opened live against your slot number. [Add: reconciliation rule for unclaimed or no-show slots.]
5. Trademarks & intellectual property
Pokémon, One Piece, Naruto, Disney Lorcana, and every other franchise, card, and character name featured on this site are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. We sell genuine, third-party-manufactured collectibles — we don't own or claim any rights to these franchises. Our own site content, branding, and design (including the Ghost & Genesis TCG name and logo) belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Website content & accuracy
We try to keep listings, pricing, and stock information accurate, but errors happen — a typo in a price or a card's condition, for instance. Content on this site is provided as-is and is subject to change without notice; if we catch an error on your order before it's confirmed, we'll correct it or contact you rather than silently honoring a mistake.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or resell our listings at scale without permission, or place fraudulent orders. We can suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used this way.
8. External links
Links to third-party sites (e.g. our Instagram or YouTube) are provided for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content.
9. Payments
When online payment is open, payments are processed by PayU. At other times, we ask you to arrange payment directly with us over WhatsApp instead. We do not store your card details in either case. See our Privacy Notice for details on what payment information we do retain.
10. AI-assisted service
Some product recommendations, chat responses, and support replies on this site are generated by an AI agent and are clearly labeled as such. AI-generated responses are not a substitute for human review on refund, dispute, or account-security matters — these are always escalated to a person.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or an order placed through it. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that can't lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example as we add new features or product categories. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
